im not sure what century ive been told 16th it has some sort of weight ball and looks like it has the ability to have a adjustment of height. and ideas of what this is and where i can research any information and find some type of picture? i do know its very old ive taken it to only a few antique shops here and the two said they never seen nothing like it. i really would like any pictures anyone has that maybe helpful please and thanks
